Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your pyjamas to you as quickly as possible!
- Standard shipping within Australia: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping within Australia: 1–3 business days
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or public holidays, but we’ll always do our best to get your little dreamer’s pyjamas to you quickly!
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned! 💛
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your pyjamas every step of the way. ✨
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you and your little dreamers to love every pair of Dreamhaus pyjamas!
- Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment. If you’d like a different size or design, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. 💛
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll happily provide a replacement—just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! If your pyjamas arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund—no extra cost to you. 💛
